Rotolo’s Pizzeria Opens in Prairieville

Rotolo’s Pizzeria held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Tuesday, April 14th announcing the opening of their new location in Prairieville.

Rotolo’s Pizzeria is a casual Italian restaurant that serves pizza, calzones, pasta, salads, sandwiches, wraps and more.  The family-friendly restaurant offers dine-in, takeout and catering.  With flat screen TVs and great drink specials, the restaurant provides an ideal location to hang out and watch the games.  Chad Calongne and Ryan Brach are the owners and managers of the Gonzales and Prairieville locations of the franchise.  They fell in love with Ascension Parish and are proud to be a part of the local community.  They have plans to expand the franchise to other areas while locating a corporate office for their company, Beach Pizza Management, here in Ascension.  Since opening the Ascension locations, the owners have put much time and money back into the community by raising funds for local charities and community groups, donating a $5000 sand volleyball court to Oak Grove Park and sponsoring the Dixie Youth Little League World Series being held in Gonzales this fall.  They are open Sunday thru Wednesday 11:00 am – 9:00 pm and Thursday thru Saturday 11:00 am – 10:00 pm.
